The Commissioner appoints members of his staff per the rules of the OCJAAF to fill important leadership positions. Individuals are chosen based upon experience and commitment to the OCJAAF. The Commissioner and his staff represent the core leadership of OCJAAF and meet regularly, once each month, to discuss and plan the business of the OCJAAF; this is where budget is determined, financials are planned, policies are discussed, written and implemented at the Chapter level, some of the staff positions have yet to be filled and will be included here once they are confirmed.
